The Estate

Villa Lazul sits within Cabo Colorado, the small residential stretch immediately south of Palmilla. The beach in front of the house is one of the few in Los Cabos that is genuinely swimmable, shared with the Palmilla community and largely empty by mid-afternoon.
Inside, six bedrooms and an open-concept living level sit a few steps from a heated infinity pool that finishes against the ocean. The house is run by a resident team — chef, butler, concierge, housekeeping — so the day mostly arranges itself around you.

The main level reads as a single room: kitchen, dining, and living flowing into the terrace through full-height sliders. Custom millwork, warm woods, and considered art keep it feeling like a home, not a hotel.
